Exchange Policy

You have 14 days to exchange your product for this you will have to inform us within 7 days of order delivery.
Your product must be shipped back to us within 14 days of your return request being accepted. Custom order, Personalized, engraved jewelry return or cancellation is not acceptable. Product once exchanged will not be subject to re-exchange or return. We will accept product exchange only if the product has not been used and is accompanied by all tags, certificate, and invoice. Exchange return courier charge will have to be paid by the buyer.

 

Return Policy

We provide you the facility of return of the product purchased from our website. You can submit a return request to us within 3 days of product delivery. Our customer service officers will contact you or assist you.

Repair or Replacement Policy

1 year replacement will be offered for all designs sold in case of manufacturing defects.After 1 year of purchase, repairs will be charged as per actual repair work required on design.

 

 

  • Pay your order amount in installments EMI facility is available to you, you can pay your order amount in 2 installments to 8 installments. Delivery of the order will be done immediately after receiving the full payment. EMI orders will be accepted only on special request.
